Adrienn Balazs

Originally from Hungary, Adrienn Balazs has dedicated her life to helping people perform at their best. After earning her degree in Physical Therapy in 2002, she moved to the United States where she founded Movadria LLC in 2008, a sports rehabilitation/performance and recovery company specializing in treating athletes and active individuals. Over the past two decades, Adrienn has worked with everyone from everyday clients to professional athletes, national sports teams, CrossFit competitors, UFC fighters, Ironman athletes, and WBFF world-class fitness competitors.

Her own athletic journey includes completing the Marine Corps Marathon, an Ironman, and earning 3rd Place in the WBFF World Championships (Fitness Diva) in 2019. Through years of overcoming injuries, building businesses, and competing at an elite level, Adrienn developed a deep appreciation for discipline, integrity, and serving others.

In 2022, Adrienn expanded her career into real estate, specializing in new construction and investment properties while working alongside builders and investors. Through this experience, she gained firsthand knowledge of residential development, investment strategies, and what it truly takes to create long-term value for homeowners and investors.

While working in real estate, Adrienn also witnessed the challenges many buyers face in an industry where trust is not always easy to find. She believes buying or investing in real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions a family will ever make, and it deserves honest guidance, transparency, and genuine care—not pressure or sales tactics.

Today, Adrienn combines her background as a healthcare professional, business owner, and real estate professional to provide a client-first experience built on integrity, education, attention to detail, and long-term relationships. Whether helping clients find their dream home, a smart investment opportunity, or navigate new construction, her goal is always the same: to serve people with honesty, professionalism, and a commitment to helping them make confident decisions.
