Kristi Waddell

Kristi Waddell is a real estate professional licensed in both Michigan and Florida, proudly serving clients through Marzucco Real Estate in Naples, Florida, while continuing her trusted work in Michigan. With years of experience guiding buyers and sellers, Kristi works with clients who are relocating, investing, or searching for a seasonal or full time home.

Kristi believes real estate is about people, timing, and trust. She takes a thoughtful, relationship driven approach and is known for clear communication, honest advice, and strong advocacy throughout every step of the process. From first time homebuyers to repeat clients and referrals, she prioritizes making each transaction as smooth, informed, and stress free as possible.

Serving both the Midwest and Southwest Florida markets allows Kristi to support clients through life changes, relocations, and long distance moves with confidence. She has extensive experience working with out of state buyers and sellers and understands the importance of responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail when distance is a factor.

Outside of real estate, Kristi is a wife and mom to two daughters and values community, connection, and doing business the right way. Her business is built on trust, referrals, and long term relationships, and she considers it an honor to help clients find the place that feels like home.
