About Me
Lorraine Bryner was born and raised in Scotland. While vacationing in Philadelphia in 1979, she met her husband and decided to stay in the States. Since moving to Cape Coral in 1998, she has had the opportunity to exercise her creative side in several different capacities, including space planning where she specialized in closet design, traveling from Sarasota to Marco Island. She was also an esthetician and makeup artist for 15 years and owned her own spa in Estero, Florida for five years. After a fruitful career, she made the decision to retire but soon realized she wanted to continue fulfilling her passion for helping people. She knew becoming a real estate agent would help her accomplish this!
Since the beginning of her real estate career, Lorraine has helped many
customers with their real estate goals. With a noticeable trend towards new home construction, her desire to learn more about new home sales, and eagerness to provide a positive experience for home buyers, it was a clear choice for her to join Commercial Real Estate Services of SWFL, Inc, specializing in Residential and Commercial Sales.
Lorraine is passionate about establishing a connection with everyone she meets. In fact, most of her clients have become very good friends. Lorraine’s knowledge of SW Florida , lived in yacht club now for 27 years, allows her to make people feel an instant connection with the community!
